To achieve success in golf as a team or squad requires special training and understanding. We have a wealth of experience working with county squads and academies, specifically developing team unity and improving performance. We can work with you on putting together a programme to cover all aspects of team development, working on achieving your outcomes using professional techniques for team development.

What can I expect?

Group coaching involves each member of a squad understanding each others strengths and weaknesses. We can guide you through a process of discovering how to maximise each players potential and how to develop strong partnerships. Part of the development uses experiential learning to highlight aspects such as communication and how to cope with pressure situations.
