As part of our mental skills programme we offer mind body relaxation based on meditation, a self discipline that is a powerful life skill.

What can I expect?
Sessions will be working on breathing awareness, based on the principle that if you pay attention to your body then your mind and body relax and you can obtain a focused attention to the present moment. You can learn how to develop self discipline to help you to allow your golf training to be automatic and to stop your conscious mind getting in the way of your game plan, by focusing on the breath.

What does it cost?
One to one session … £50
Group session based on minimum of 6 people … £10 per person
